Evaluations of foreign education credentials are used for employment to assess the qualifications of job applicants who have completed their education in other countries, and to determine whether they meet the requirements for certain positions. This process is used to ensure that individuals who have completed their education in other countries meet the same standards as those who have completed their education in the United States.

For employment purposes, the evaluation process typically includes a review of the job applicant's education and work experience, as well as a comparison of the education and qualifications to those required for the specific job.

Based on the evaluation, the job applicant may be required to complete additional education or training to meet the requirements for the specific job, or they may be offered the job.

It's important to note that the evaluation process for employment can vary depending on the employer and the specific position, and it's recommended to consult with the employer regarding specific requirements for foreign credential evaluations.

Our Evaluation Reports will show your employer what your degrees are equal to in the United States.  Most employers just need a Diploma/ Degree Evaluation (aka, Document-by-Document).

Some employers, however, may also wish to see your coursework and would require a Course-by-Course evaluation.

Verifying educational qualifications should be an integral part of every employee's background check.  This process is more imperative when the increased competition can lead to candidates inflating their academic credentials.

Verification of degrees can be a time-consuming process as most of the records are on paper, but it benefits the company in the long run.
