Required documents for Spain

Option 1: Contact the Ministry of Education and ask that your official Bachiller Diploma be mailed directly to our office in a sealed envelope. The diploma must be issued in Spanish.

Option 2: Mail or bring your ORIGINAL Bachiller Diploma and Transcript to our office. The documents should be issued in Spanish and be issued by the Ministry of Education. (Scans, faxes, photocopies and notarized copies are not considered original documents and cannot be accepted.)

Please also submit certified English translations of all documents. If you do not have translations, Globe can provide translations for a modest fee.

Option 1: Request the institution you attended to mail your official academic transcript (or Diploma Supplement), including all subjects taken and examinations passed, directly to our office in a sealed envelope.

Option 2: Submit (bring in person or mail) Original Certificate or Diploma that was issued to you at the time of graduation to our office. Original Transcript or Diploma Supplement is required (Scans, faxes, photocopies and notarized copies are not considered original documents and cannot be accepted).

Certified and notarized translations are required together with the originals for the documents that do not have English version. If translations are not provided we can translate your documents for an extra fee.

Please be advised that Globe Language Services does not evaluate Titulo Propio credentials. We only evaluate Titulo Oficial credentials that are listed on the Registro de Universidades, Centros y Titulos (RUCT) website (https://www.educacion.gob.es/ruct/consultaestudios?actual=estudios)
